Become aware of the Flame in the centre of the room and allow yourself to focus all of your attention upon it.  Be aware of the heat and light radiating out from the light.  Watch how the light moves and sways.  Allow the light to bring greater relaxation. 

Now gently close your eyes and bring the flame within your minds eye.  Allow this light to expand outwards and grow large enough to step into. 

When you are ready step into the flame and allow it to enfold you… 

You step forth into a golden landscape which is very warm and bright.  You feel encouraged and strengthened just looking at the place. 

Allow the light and the warmth to flood through your being. 

When you are ready let us call upon the Archangel Michael, whose name means ‘like unto god’.  Michael appears as towering archangel with large outstretched wings and is wearing light armour.  In his right hand he holds aloft a flaming sword which can be used to cut away negativity. 

Michael’s colours are fiery red flecked with emerald. 

Step forward and allow Michael to encompass you within his wings and sphere of influence. 

Michael uses his sword to cut away any negative ties we no longer need.  In this way we can be truly free.  Allow Michael to work his way round your being removing anything that is holding us back from being who we are. 

Michael can also provide us with strength, determination and protection… and you find all these qualities pouring into your being now. 

Michael then stops back.  He offers you his blue cloak of protection and we gratefully place it all around us. 

He then presents us with a golden ball of fiery energy and and we place this within our being wherever we feel we need it most. 

We then call upon Djinn, the King of the Element of Fire who appears now before us.  Small flames flicker all around him.  Djinn can help to develop our will power and give us greater contact with our higher selves.  He places his hands on either sides of our heads and we feel heat and light flowing into our beings.  

When he is done, he steps back and gives us a gift.  Something that will help us connect with the element of fire.

 We now call upon the Salamanders, the Elementals of Fire, who appear like small dragons and swirl around us.  They can help us unleash our creativity and be who we truly are supposed to be.  They can also help in releasing dis-ease from within us. 

The salamanders begin to swirl faster and faster around us, and we feel ourselves being uplifted and changed.  

The light begins to burn brighter and brighter all around… so bright we can barely see but we allow this process to take place….

Gradually the light begins to disperse… and when we are able to see clearly once again… we become aware of a glorious waterfall before us.  We step underneath the water and allow it to cool and refresh us. 

We place Michael’s blue robe of protection round our shoulders once again… and make our way from the waterfall to a brightly glowing doorway in the distance.

We step through the door and come fully back to our own time and space.
