Temple of the Higher Self Meditation

Before you is a large wooden door. Open it and step through. You find yourself in an immense crystalline cave. In the centre of this cave is a chair carved out of crystal. Look at the chair – what crystal is it? Take your seat – feel the energies of the earth all around you. There is beautiful amethyst light surounding you and flowing through you. Feel your connection to the earth – allow yourself to fill up with the earth’s strength and sustenance.
At the other end of the cave is an exit – make your way towards it. We emerge into a glorious field of lush green grass – feel it caressing the soles of your feet. You can hear the sounds of rushing water in the distance. Head towards this. Soon we arrive before a large lake into which flows the most amazing waterfall – filled with light and sound. Bathe beneath the falls – allow yourself to be totally cleansed on all levels.
We move on now and soon find ourselves walking uphill. Shortly we find ourselves on the top of a cliff looking out into the distance. We can feel the air swirling around us. Allow yourself to connect with the air – breathe it in deeply – allow it to calm your mind.
We then become aware of the sun high above us and the warmth that flows down from it, penetrating into every part of our being. Connect with this fire, this spiritual warmth. Allow it to flood your being.
In the distance we become aware of the most beautiful temple of light. This is the abode of your Higher Self – make your way towards it.
As we come closer, we notice more details. We also realise that we are not alone but surrounded by angels, archangels and the ascended masters – all urging us onwards. The gates of this temple are open and there is the most amazing light moving towards us. This is your Higher Self. Mentally ask your Higher Self to assist you in connecting to it. See lines of light coming from your Higher Self, radiating out to you, increasing your frequency. Feel all the atoms and molecules within you vibrating faster.
Allow yourself to merge with your Higher Self – connect fully with it. Reclaim your sense of Self and Wholeness. You and your Higher Self are now one.
Open your breathing to allow more energy in. If you wish change your posture – sit up taller. You may also wish to change your facial expression.
If there is any situation that you would like guidance upon, mentally ask your higer self for help. Listen as the inner voice of your higher self comes to the surface, or perhaps there are images that are presented to you. Or just ask your Higher Self if there is anything it wishes to communicate to you. Take your time – allow yourself to feel more in touch with the whole of you.
Give thanks to your Higher Self. Return now to the crystalline cave – knowing that your Higher Self is always with you, always wishing to make contact. It is simply up to you to continue it. Return through the door… and become aware once again of your surroundings.
What is a Guided Journey?

A Guided Journey is a narrated meditation or visualization which usually follows a certain format. They are also known as Pathworkings. You begin by some relaxation and breathwork to release all the events of the day and to get you into the right space of mind and to allow your body to relax deeply enough so you won’t be disturbed during the journey. There may also be some energy work to cleanse the aura and prepare you even further.
Then you will be guided through a doorway or an opening to another realm of existence where you will encounter guides and guardians, angels or Ascended Masters or perhaps a more Shamanic journey where you will shapechange into the form of an animal teacher and learn valuable lessons from them. The journey takes place within your imagination, making thorough use of that innate ability to travel and encounter your Inner Realms and to meet with your guides and angels.
The guided journey is completely safe and promotes change, transformation and healing. You gain more knowledge about yourself as you undertake these journeys and also bring back wisdom and inspiration for use in your day to day life. The Guided Journeys promote healing and balance and bring you back towards wholeness. They remind you of what a powerful being you are and of all the skills you possess that we can sometimes forget during the course of our lives. They heal from the inside outwards, gently bringing your body, mind and emotions back to their original divine blueprint.
