Pyramid Meditation

Take a deep breath and make yourselves comfortable. Allow your eyes to gently close.
In your minds eye imagine a door. Above it is an Egyptian winged disc and carved on the door is a symbol which is important for you now. Take careful note of all you can see. When you are ready, open the door and step through.
You find yourself in a stone chamber deep underground. Before you is a column of brilliant white light which illuminates the whole of the room. Step into the room and allow the light to move through you, cleansing and recharging. You completely allow yourself to release the day’s events and any care and worries you may have. This is your time! Time to be completely yourself.
Shortly the light begins to change, and becomes the most wondrous ruby red light. You can feel this light moving through you, activating and energising and strengthening. You feel an upsurge of more energy and more courage.
The light begins to change once more and now becomes a gorgeous orange colour, which warms its way through your entire being. You can feel this gorgeous orange colour flowing out of every pore and you feel radiant and alive.
The column begins to change colour once more and becomes a golden sunny yellow which moves through and around you. You feel uplifted and alert and completely joyful as this golden ray surrounds and encompasses you.
The light changes once again and now you are surrounded by pink and emerald green, which transforms your emotions and uplifts your heart and you allow yourself to let go even more. You feel your chest opening and becoming lighter.
Then the light changes once again and now the most amazing lapis blue colour swirls around and through you. You feel your throat area opening and you may need to swallow. You can feel your own inner wisdom bubbling up from deep within you and you are no longer afraid to express it when needed.
The light changes once more to a night’s sky deep blue, indigo. You feel it surround and encompass you – you feel vast amounts of energy swirling around you and you become more and more aware of things happening within and around you. Your frequency begins to increase and you feel light and aware!
The light changes once more and now a stunning violet light encompasses you and moves into the very core of your being. You become aware of the universe holding and supporting you and of your place in it.
The light changes once again – now to a colour that you need most of all at this moment. Allow this light to be in you and around you. Note what changes this light seems to promote in you.
The light begins to dim and you notice more details of the room you are in. Before you are a Priest and Priestess, dressed in Egyptian garb and many jewels.
They beckon you to step forward and to follow them deeper into the temple proper.
They lead you to another room, in the centre of which is deep circular pool. You can smell incense burning and the room reeks of purity and sanctity. The Priest and Priestess assist you to disrobe and step into the pool, and you settle down and let go. The water is very warm and soothing and there are many herbs and oils within… and you allow yourself to drift and be purified.
The Priestess begins to rub scented oils into your scalp and hair and you feel them sinking into your skin.
After a while, you are helped out of the pool, dried and given a robe of purest white to wear, and golden sandals for your feet.
The Priest and Priestess beckon you to follow once again and you leave this room and follow them out into the corridor and onwards. They lead you further and further into the Temple. The place is quite dark and lit only by lamps on the walls. You shortly become quite disoriented, not knowing which way you have come or where you are going but you trust to your guides and follow them ever onward.
The stone path begins to slope upwards, and you feel the extra strain in your legs as you walk on.
You pass others along the way… all of whom incline their head to you as you pass… a gesture of understanding of what is to come.
Finally you come to a massive door, flanked by guards. The Priest knocks 3 times on the door… and they begin to open from within.
The room is empty apart from a large sarcophagus in the centre of the room… and you know that this is your destination. The Priest and Priestess help you to step into the sarcophagus and to lie down. And then you are left alone to look up at the ceiling on which is depicted many many stars. You begin to contemplate this image…and feel yourself drifting off and becoming very very light… you feel part of yourself lifting out of you and you go with it…and out high high high into the skies… following a pinpoint of light far above you… and you let yourself go completely with the experience…. And remember all that passes….
After some time…you begin to feel a gentle pull and wonder what this is… and then you remember where you have come from and know that it is time to come back. You begin to gradually drift down and find yourself back lying down.
The Priest and Priestess are awaiting your return and you are helped to stand.
The Priestess steps forward and offers you a small golden box, inside of which is a gift for you to use now. If there is anything you wish to ask them you may do so now…perhaps there is an element of your journey which you need help in understanding.
Then it is time to make your way back, once more following the Temple duo. They lead you back out of this chamber and you slowly make your back to where you came in. We bid farewell and give thanks to these two. Step through the door and come back to this time and place, with full recollection of all that you have witnessed.
The Garden of the Elements Meditation

Take a few deep breaths to centre and balance yourself, releasing all tensions as you breathe out.
Allow the following images to unfold before your mind. You find yourself in the centre of a beautiful garden, surrounded by wild flowers and stunning plants. Before you is a small altar. Take note of what you altar looks like and whether or not there is anything upon it.
There are four paths leading away from this central space, each moving in different directions. When you are ready we will take the path that leads straight ahead.
Take note of the colours of the flowers and what else you can see as we move onwards. Eventually we reach a large wooden gateway and standing before it is a magnificent Archangel, in robes of yellow shot with violet and is holding a wand in his right hand. This is Archangel Raphael and he guards the entrance to the Element of Air. Approach Raphael and ask him for permission to enter this element… he nods his assent and leads the way through the doorway.
You find yourself on top of an immense mountain. A gentle breeze is swirling all around you. Allow yourself to connect with the element of air.
Here we may ask for healing on a mental level. Ask Raphael to remove worries, negative thought patterns and old ideas from you. As you do the wind begins to swirl faster all around you. You can feel it begin to gust all around, cleansing you on a mental level. Feel the wind move through you, releasing.
After a while the wind begins to die down and we feel refreshed and at ease. Give thanks to this element and make your way back through the doorway.
Thank Raphael. He in turn gives you a gift – this is your key to the element of air. Make your way back now to the central space and place your gift upon the altar. Pause to consider this object and what it means to you. Allow the answer to come to you from the depths of your unconsciousness.
When you are ready take the next path moving to the left. Before long we come before another doorway and standing before it is Archangel Michael, guardian of the element of Fire, dressed in robes of fiery red and emerald green. Michael holds in his right hand a flaming sword. Ask permission to enter into this element. Michael nods his assent and we step through the gateway.
We find ourselves in a barren desert. Above us the sun is beating down strongly. Here we may gain more motivation and access our Will. We can also release old anger that is holding us back and burn away the dross from within us. Ask Michael for the healing of fire. As you do the Sun begins to burn stronger and stronger and small flames begin to dance all around us. The fire cleanses and carries away all negativity – allow this to happen in perfect trust.
Soon the fire dies down and we find ourselves refreshed and renewed. Give thanks to the element of Fire and make your way back through the doorway. Michael hands you a gift – your key to this element. Thank Michael and make your way back to the centre and place your gift upon the altar. Pause once again to consider this item.
When you are ready take the next pathway. Again take note of what you see along this route. We find ourselves once more in front of another gate. Before it stands Archangel Gabriel, robed in blue and orange, and holding aloft a magnificent chalice. Gabriel guards the entrance to the element of Water. Ask permission to enter, Gabriel nods his assent and we make our way through.
You find yourself before a beautiful lake, at the back of which is a glorious waterfall. Enter the water and allow yourself to connect with the element of Water… Here we may ask for healing and purification. We can release old emotions that are holding us back. Ask Gabriel for the healing of the element of Water, then head towards the waterfall and cleanse yourself underneath it. Allow yourself to be purified totally on all levels.
When you are done come back to the land and give thanks to the element of Water. Make your way back through the doorway. Gabriel gives you another gift – your key to the element of Water. Thank Gabriel, return to the central space and place this gift on the altar. Pause once again to realise what this gift means to you.
Then take the next and final pathway… We once again come before another doorway and standing before it is Archangel Auriel, the guardian of the Element of Earth. He is dressed in robes of citrine, olive, russet and black – all the colours of the Earth and is holding some wheat sheaves. Ask permission to enter into the Earth element and make your way through the doorway.
You find yourself in a lush green pasture of verdant grass. In the centre is a magnificent tree – make note of what type it is. Walk towards the tree and sit down under it with your back against the trunk. Allow yourself to connect with the element of Earth. Here we may ask for strength and stability, and to keep ourselves grounded. The element of Earth collects all the other elements and causes an influence to flow from Spirit. Ask Auriel for the strength of Earth and allow yourself to merge into the tree. Feel yourself growing up into the tree and also be aware of the roots beneath sinking deep into the earth. Connect to the spirit of the tree and ask if it has any words of wisdom to share with you at this point.
When you are finished allow yourself to sink down into your normal self, give thanks to this mighty tree being and to the element of Earth. Return through the doorway. Auriel in turn gives you another gift – your key to the element of Earth. Gives thanks to Auriel and return to the central space. Place your gift upon the altar and pause to think on what it means to you.
After some time you realise you are not alone. Besides you stands a glorious Archangel dressed in robes of brilliant white light. This is Metatron, Archangel of the Source. This central space within the garden represents Spirit and represents the place of your Soul. Here you may ask for all the elements to be balanced within. As you do butterflies flock from all corners of the garden and begin to swirl around you. All the colours of the rainbow are represented. They begin to move faster and faster around you, cleansing and balancing you on all levels. Soon there are only specks of lights swirling around and through you. Give yourself to the healing of Spirit.
Soon they begin to slow down and gradually move away. Give thanks to the element of Spirit for this healing. Metatron steps in front of you and gives you one final gift. Place this on the centre of the altar. The Archangel also whispers a word in your ear – something that you need to hear now…….
Look at the gifts on the altar and see how they relate to you….. You now have access to all of these elements and may seek their healing and strength at any time….
When you are ready allow the garden to dissolve around you and find yourself back in this time and space. Fully back in your body and fully grounded. Tap your feet on the floor, wiggle your fingers and very gently open your eyes.
Temple of the Higher Self Meditation

Before you is a large wooden door. Open it and step through. You find yourself in an immense crystalline cave. In the centre of this cave is a chair carved out of crystal. Look at the chair – what crystal is it? Take your seat – feel the energies of the earth all around you. There is beautiful amethyst light surounding you and flowing through you. Feel your connection to the earth – allow yourself to fill up with the earth’s strength and sustenance.
At the other end of the cave is an exit – make your way towards it. We emerge into a glorious field of lush green grass – feel it caressing the soles of your feet. You can hear the sounds of rushing water in the distance. Head towards this. Soon we arrive before a large lake into which flows the most amazing waterfall – filled with light and sound. Bathe beneath the falls – allow yourself to be totally cleansed on all levels.
We move on now and soon find ourselves walking uphill. Shortly we find ourselves on the top of a cliff looking out into the distance. We can feel the air swirling around us. Allow yourself to connect with the air – breathe it in deeply – allow it to calm your mind.
We then become aware of the sun high above us and the warmth that flows down from it, penetrating into every part of our being. Connect with this fire, this spiritual warmth. Allow it to flood your being.
In the distance we become aware of the most beautiful temple of light. This is the abode of your Higher Self – make your way towards it.
As we come closer, we notice more details. We also realise that we are not alone but surrounded by angels, archangels and the ascended masters – all urging us onwards. The gates of this temple are open and there is the most amazing light moving towards us. This is your Higher Self. Mentally ask your Higher Self to assist you in connecting to it. See lines of light coming from your Higher Self, radiating out to you, increasing your frequency. Feel all the atoms and molecules within you vibrating faster.
Allow yourself to merge with your Higher Self – connect fully with it. Reclaim your sense of Self and Wholeness. You and your Higher Self are now one.
Open your breathing to allow more energy in. If you wish change your posture – sit up taller. You may also wish to change your facial expression.
If there is any situation that you would like guidance upon, mentally ask your higer self for help. Listen as the inner voice of your higher self comes to the surface, or perhaps there are images that are presented to you. Or just ask your Higher Self if there is anything it wishes to communicate to you. Take your time – allow yourself to feel more in touch with the whole of you.
Give thanks to your Higher Self. Return now to the crystalline cave – knowing that your Higher Self is always with you, always wishing to make contact. It is simply up to you to continue it. Return through the door… and become aware once again of your surroundings.
Father Oak Meditation

Below is a meditation to connect with all the strength and power of the Oak tree. Trees are guardians of the history of the Earth and this meditation will help you to tune into this wisdom. It will also help you to be grounded at the same time as being able to reach up to spirit.
Picture a door in mind’s eye. Looks like it has grown out of a tree, all old and gnarly.
Go through and find yourself in a field of lush green grass, which is soft beneath your feet. You are wearing a robe of purest white which is belted at the waist. The grass is soft and gentle beneath your feet and you relax even further as you wander through the field. The sun is high above you and warms your whole body.
Soon you begin to hear the sound of water in the distance and shortly come across a beautiful pool into which flows a cascade of coloured water. Little water sprites of different colours fly in and out of the waterfall. There may be a guide or guardian of the pool here waiting to assist you.
Ask the guide, guardian or place for healing and purification. Your robe is removed and you step into the pool and make your way under the waterfall. The water is incredibly refreshing and you feel totally renewed!
Ask for the water to cleanse the physical body. The stream may change colour. Feel the water wash away all impurities and toxins. Your body feels lighter and more energised.
Ask for the water to cleanse the emotional body. Again the stream may change colour. Feel any old emotions you may be carrying around with you washed away. Your emotions feel clear and you feel lighter yet.
Ask for the water to cleanse the mental body. The water changes colour once more. Old thought forms and outdated mental ideas are cleansed and purified. Your mind becomes clearer and far more focused and you feel yet more lighter.
Ask for the water to cleanse the spiritual body. The water changes colour once more, the sprites swirl around you assisting in the cleansing process. You feel an influx of divine energy and you open to all that is. You feel yet more lighter.
When you feel totally cleansed and refreshed step forth from the water. You are given another robe to wear and you are set on another path.
Before long you come across a forest. You can feel something calling you from deep within, and you step in amongst the trees. The forest is cool and inviting and you feel a deep peace enter into your being. Take note of any animals or trees that draw your attention.
Soon you come into a forest glade which is lit from above by the sun. A huge ancient oak tree dominates the glade, this is Father Oak. The glade is strewn with leaves and you lie down before the tree. You feel comforted and supported by the soft earth beneath you and you allow yourself to close your eyes and sink deeper into the earth. Perhaps even to dream…
Something shifts around you… and you open your eyes to see that you are now within the gigantic oak. The space inside is immense and far greater than how it appeared on the outside.
There is a throne in the very centre of the room, which seems to grow out of the very earth itself. Take your seat and feel the strength and the wisdom of the ancient flow through you. If there is something on your mind or a question you would like to ask, ask the tree and allow the response to filter through into your consciousness.
At the foot of the throne you find a chest which contains a gift and a message for you. Open the chest and take note of what you find inside. It may be something that you may wear, or a prompt to take appropriate action, or something to be used in life. Hold the gift and allow it to speak to you so you know how it is you are to use it.
To the left of the throne is a wishing well. Make your way towards it. Here there is paper and pens. You may write here what it is you want to make of this year… the things you wish to accomplish, that which you would like to draw into your life or perhaps that which you wish to leave behind. Take time to think on what you wish to write. When it is written, read it through, and then drop the paper into the depths of the well… and then release it completely.
Give thanks to the tree and the well. You notice a doorway in one part of the tree. Make your way towards the door and step back out into the glade.
Slowly make your back out of the glade and through the forest. Pass the waterfall and pool, through the field and back to your door. Step through and come back to full waking consciousness. Feeling yourself completely in your body.
